How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for the duration of the conversation and up to three years afterwards, in case you come back. Billing data, for the legal period required. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
With
We do not sell or transfer data to third parties. It is only processed by the providers needed to operate: hosting, email and, where applicable, electronic signature. All under a data processing agreement.
International transfers
We operate between Europe and the United States. When data has to cross the Atlantic it is done with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks.
Your rights
- Access your data and know what we hold about you
- Rectify anything incorrect
- Erase it when it is no longer needed
- Restrict or object to the processing
- Request portability in a readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
Write to hello@overlabinc.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
