Whistleblowing channel
A safe place to report irregular conduct, with guaranteed confidentiality and no retaliation.
What it is for
This channel allows you to report, internally and securely, any conduct that may constitute a serious criminal or administrative offence, a breach of European Union law or a violation of our code of conduct. It is provided for in Spanish Act 2/2023 protecting whistleblowers.

AnonymityYou may report anonymously. If you identify yourself, your identity is protected
AcknowledgementWithin a maximum of seven calendar days
ResolutionMaximum three months from acknowledgement
ResponsibleThe organisation's management, with restricted access to the file
Protection against retaliation
Any retaliation against a person reporting in good faith is prohibited: dismissal, change of duties, exclusion from projects or reputational harm. Anyone assisting the investigation is protected too.
External channel
You may go directly to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or to the competent regional authority, without using this channel first.
