The real problem
In hosting everyone says the same thing, and nobody believes anyone.
The sector sells with small print: prices that jump on renewal, support that never picks up and contracts that tie you in. The move was to build the positioning on the opposite, and to say it in those words, because technical buyers spot spin instantly.
