Silicon Link
A transatlantic semiconductor alliance connecting Málaga Valley, Silicon Valley and Silicon Hills in a single industrial triangle.
A chamber of commerce did not look like the place to talk about microprocessors.
Málaga had chip design centres and Texas had manufacturing, but no structure put them at the same table. The divergent move was to place the semiconductor agenda inside a bilateral chamber of commerce, a neutral actor with institutional access that competes with nobody. That made it possible to discuss talent, intellectual property and mobility without any company feeling invaded.
